In-app help

  • Reset your password — open the app, tap Sign in → Forgot password, and enter your email.
  • Pair a new device — open the app, go to Settings → Devices → Add new device, and follow the steps. The hardware only needs to be powered on for pairing.
  • Export your data — Settings → Data export, then pick PDF or CSV.
  • Change language or tariff — Settings → Preferences.
  • Delete your account — Settings → Privacy → Delete Account, or see our account-deletion page.

Hardware issues

  • Check the device is powered (the LED should be on).
  • Make sure your phone has internet so the app can fetch the latest readings.
  • If readings stop for more than 24 hours, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll schedule a technician visit.
  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects for one year (home and shop devices) or two years (industrial device).
